Banana & Blueberry Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Nutrawhey or Myopro Gold (Any flavor of your choice)
  • ½ cup fresh frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Few cubes of ice

Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high octane blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and consistent, an estimate of 2-3 minutes.
  3. Can all extra water to obtain required thickness desired.
