Banana & Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Nutrawhey or Myopro Gold (Any flavor of your choice)
- ½ cup fresh frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- Few cubes of ice
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a high octane blender.
- Blend until smooth and consistent, an estimate of 2-3 minutes.
- Can all extra water to obtain required thickness desired.
