To be honest I wasn’t sold when I first got this. Mixing this blend with my yoghurt turned it into a form of chocolatey-yoghurt cement. Apparently according to Google the casein component will do that, so now I just make a shake with water, and have a solo bowl of Greek yoghurt, problem solved! I really enjoy the slower digesting casein component so despite misgivings I’ve now bought my second bag and will keep going with it. I highly recommend as the casein component does keep you fuller, longer. Just don’t mix with yoghurt. Unless inedible thick gloop is your thing.

I have been doing my research on protein, I came across this brand and liked what I read. I was hesitant about buying a large bag then not liking the taste. I got a selection of flavours and I can honestly say I liked them all. Will purchase again.
