Daily dose

im 75 and just gone back to the bike. I try and do an average of 20km a day with 1 or2 trips of around 30km. Those 30 km rides i had trouble completing as at about 24 km the body reacted badly. I came across a pill in the States using L-Ciitrulline and Beetroot Powder for Nitric Oxide supplement. Ive never been into supplements but the evidential . science made sense. So as a cost effective means to boost my NOS I decided to take Citrulline Malate with Beetroot powder. Is it effective/ Yes. I can do my 30 km rides without my heart rate going above 145 and oxygen blood levels falling. Plus I sleep better.
