INGREDIENTS
1 Whole egg plus 2 egg whites
1 Banana
2 Scoops of Nutrawhey Vanilla Whey Protein
1 Tsp of cocoa powder (optional)
1Tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
Coconut oil for greasing the pan
Maple syrup/honey, fresh fruits, coconut shavings, and sugar-free dark chocolate chips for toppings
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place a non-stick skillet/frying pan on the stove over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil and let melt.
- Mash the banana with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and blend with an electric mixer.
- Serve the batter into the pan in dollops about the size of your palm. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
- When cooked through, stack hot with butter, maple syrup/honey, coconut shavings, fresh fruits and sugar-free dark chocolate chips!
