The powder generally mixes well but a few things I have opserved if it is still a bit lumpy after shaking:
It seems to mix better with water than milk so maybe start with some water then add the milk after shaking. Also the Systema Shake bottles have a plastic turbine in them. The turbine helps mix it very well. We just use this bottle now. Great product

Yeah i try the green apple flavor, not too bad a bit too sweet for me, but nice,. I see a change in my muscle tone after few weeks taken creatine, defintly buy it again
